RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our customer service team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns. If you received the product and wish to exchange it for another item, or you received a damaged product, directions are provided below. Only products purchased on www.mangalsaffron.com or www.mangalsaffron.in can be returned.
We only accept returns or replacements in case of product damage during shipping or any other genuine case (the final decision regarding the return will be taken by us, once we verify the product).
We request you to please reach out to our customer service team within 3 days of delivery of said order.
Once your returned products are verified by us, the amount of your order will be refunded to you within 7 business days.

We offer free shipping on orders above a minimum order value of INR 499, and for all orders below the minimum order amount, an additional charge of INR 99 will be applied at the time of checkout. After the placement of your order your package will reach your doorstep in 3-5 business days.
Cash On Delivery
No extra charges will be implied on cash-on-delivery orders. Before processing your COD (cash on delivery) order further, we will call you to confirm the order you have placed. If we are unable to get in touch with you within 8 days from the date of placement of order, your order will automatically get cancelled.
When you place an order it can be cancelled on the same day by reaching out to our customer care before your order is shipped. If you cancel your order in time, we will refund the entire amount back into your account. It may take 8-9 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
